The technology is as you’d expect with five satellite TVs with the latest technology and an integrated SONOS surround sound system that can be individually operated at different areas of the property (all controlled through a smartphone app).

High-Speed WIFI  throughout the house is the fastest possible, and new mini-split air conditioner units in all bedrooms and living areas cool the place quickly. For your peace of mind Carbon Monoxide detectors and smoke alarms throughout the house (which is not common in Mexico houses).

The villa is packed with all the essentials you need for a great stay. We’ve got you covered with beach towels, beach chairs, flatscreen TVs,  and a beautiful new kitchen that is a focal point for the open living area.

500+ count cotton linens, supreme quality mattresses, and a portable crib add comfort for the whole family.

"We couldn’t miss this opportunity to share our experience in Playa Del Carmen at “Casa Pescada.” It was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had in years. We spent a good amount of time at the beach right in front of our house. We also play golf and went for lots of walks. The house is beautiful and allows for so much privacy. The staff was thoughtful and made everything easy. We loved the rooftop patio overlooking the ocean. We would wake up early grab our coffee and watch the sun rise. The location was perfect as there were many choices for dinner five walking minutes away and the night life was amazing. But I have to admit we never saw the real night life, because being the old folks that we are, we were in bed by 10:30. We would highly recommend this charming property."

"Just returned from staying in Playacar Casa Pescada. The house was fabulous and the owners very helpful and communicative. It is a 10-min walk from one end of the main street of Playa Del Carmen and the beaches at that end of town were calm, despite our visit during spring break. We are a family of 6 and it accommodated us with no problem. We went to the beach and used the pool regularly. The concierge also recommended a transport company that was very reliable and professional. We used them instead of renting a car and avoided the high priced tours. I can highly recommend this home."

Our sons (me too!) really enjoyed the fresh water pool (it is a nice break for the salty water in the ocean.) The concierge and staff were very nice and helpful. One of our sons forgot his iPod at the home and the they got it back to us in Canada no problem. It is a great place and my favorite was the rooftop patio.
